Who are we?


Randy Chinn and Jim McHale have more than 40 years of combined experience in insurance, financial services, public accounting, and corporate financial management.

Randy Chinn worked as an auditor for Price Waterhouse and as a commercial real estate portfolio manager for international and institutional investors.

Jim McHale served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for California Foundation for Medical Care, which later became Foundation Health and Lifeguard.

McHale is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, and both Chinn and McHale hold MBA degrees, in corporate finance and accounting.
